We do not collect payment card details through the platform.
Authentication and account records are held in Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Analytics events are processed by Google Analytics for Firebase. These are processed on Google infrastructure and may involve transfers outside your country under Google's standard contractual clauses.
Access to member records is limited to GSU staff with an administrative role, through an authenticated console. Database rules restrict what each role can read and write. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers named above.
Account records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legitimate business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.
We use browser storage to keep you signed in, to remember your saved markets, and to carry a plan choice made at registration through to account creation. Analytics uses cookies to distinguish sessions.
